October 2013 BarkBox Review (*Spoiler Alert!*)

I won a 6-month-subscription from a BarkBox & Wrapp instagram contest! Check out my giveaway with BarkBox (ending in just a few hours!) by clicking -->here.

Here is my Ruckus Report of this Spooky BarkBox:

1) Fruitables Share Pack:
Current Price: $5.99

If you would like 2 of these bags, they cost $9.99 on the BarkBox website. I'm wondering if this is a BarkBox exclusive since I couldn't find it anywhere else.

I will do tricks for these treats!
Inside

2) Bumi West Paw
Current Price $9.99

This is pretty durable and made from 100% recyclable material. They have a nice replacement deal too!

Bumi is so durable that if your dog can damage it, they will give you a one-time free replacement or refund

3) Fetch & Glow Jr Ball
Current Price $.8.95

Who says you can't play fetch in the dark?

Glows-in-the-Dark For Day & Night Play

4) Baker's Best Autumn Harvest Goat Liver Recipe Dog Treats
Current Price $7.99

This product I am hesitant about. It is made in Canada and comes from the Feelgood Treat Company. I couldn't find how to purchase this item anywhere online nor the estimated the cost based on their other dog treats. Goat liver sounds good but when it's mysterious and not from a well-known company, it gives my sapiens a little anxiety.

5) Etta Says Crunchy Rabbit Chew
Current Price: $0.85
This is chew stick also came in my September Box: instead of rabbit, I had duck last time. The price is a bulk estimation.

FINAL VALUE: $33.77

Overall, I'm not thoroughly impressed with this box due to the low value compared to the previous boxes. Although, keep in mind that one of the product, I wasn't able to find the price online and the other one was estimated from a bulk value sale. $19 USD per month will get you a box like this for 6-month subscription. Still money saved!

You can see what's my favorite item...

  9. My problem with bark box would be getting things that are not something I would feed my dog so I understand your hesitance to feed a treat you can't research. Otherwise it looks like a good haul!

    1. That's true 2browndawgs. I think if your dogs are picky, barkbox may not be the best deal. If you are adventurous, then this would be a big hit.
