Shopping at PetSmart for some treats #NaturesRecipe

Ruckus the Eskie recently partnered up with Nature's Recipe® in a campaign to drive awareness to their products as a step up in pet food nutrition without a steep step up in the costs and availability. Simple small changes in nutrition can make a huge difference in a dog's health. We wanted to reach out to Pet Parents to bring awareness and guidance to affordable options available out in the market. In fact, we made a trip to visit our local pet food store, PetSmart!



We felt really welcomed walking into the store as we saw all the displays and aisles clearly lit up. The fish on our left-hand side were tempting to have as little slimy companions for Ruckus, but he definitely was more interested in the Labradors and Golden Retrievers combing the rest of the aisles.

Ruckus was definitely well behaved as always (sure... as well behaved as a child in a candy store!). He was charming the love out of the local shoppers and workers. All he had to do was flash that smile and drop some fluff. He was immediately spoiled with treat samples and was able to return the favor with lots of Eskimo kisses! 

We were just strolling the bright yellow area dedicated to Nature's Recipe when this furry thing started to pull down bags of goodies to take home with us! This dog is quite the bargain shopper, just like his mother! There were plenty of grain free options with delicious nutrition. We were definitely happy to say that Nature's Recipe has affordable healthy pet food.

Checkout was a breeze. We weren't part of the membership, but the employee at the cash register was very patient with us and helped us check out and get some nice discounts. The food was very affordable and we were happy to take a bag home, with a little extra something that we'll showcase on a later date. Stay tuned!

From the looks of it, there are also Life Stages Recipes that are tailored specifically to your dog's stage in life (from puppies to seniors). Ruckus...at age 4, fits perfectly in the ADULT life! Time sure flies when you're having fun. weren't we just shopping for puppy food and clothes yesterday?

Nature's Recipe is also available online (see the link at the end) and also at any PetSmart stores. Just keep your eyes out for the yellow section---we found it in a cinch!
